She graduated in 2018 with a degree in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zurich (ETHZ) and has since supported SMEs, public administrations, and startups in their sustainability journeys. Camille specializes in impact measurement, circular economy, and stakeholder engagement. Before founding act-on, Camille spent three years as a Sustainability Manager at one of the most renowned Swiss consulting firms, Sofies SA/dss+. Her role involved driving innovative sustainability strategies and advancing best practices across various sectors.

Eléonore is a B Leader and Climate Fresk Facilitator with deep expertise in sustainable real estate, ESG regulations, and corporate sustainability integration. She has extensive experience in advancing best practices across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. Her career combines sustainable development with strategic and legal consulting. Prior to joining act-on, Eléonore spent three years as Head of Sustainability in the sector of real estate development and investment.
